Resolving it

Stop the request and ask the deployment operator to reconcile it with the recorded operation. Do not change the operation identity or repeat credential issuance to bypass the conflict.

Every field is required. Clients must reject an authentication problem whose type is not exactly the expansion shown above — the Nebula SDKs do.
